Simplify Architecture with Intelligence Inside.


The distribution of “intelligence” across video surveillance networks is performed in a variety of efficient ways. Our customers have come to prefer the processing power embedded in our pan and tilt platforms, particularly when multiple sensors are mounted at the node.  This so-called intelligent node concept provides the greatest life-cycle cost and performance advantages since it allows for different sensors, often changed frequently, to populate the mount for optimum video capability.  However, this doesn’t burden the IT infrastructure or central control software with extraneous overhead.  By embedding all nodal component commands at the node, the system is greatly simplified.
